We have been helping young people get into work since 2004, we understand what employers want and what young people need to gain that job. Most young people are more comfortable building a Facebook profile than a CV, we want to capture that confidence and turn it into employability, and also encourage employers to present themselves to young people on the platform.

The Big Academy is growing! We are very pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated recruitment team based in South Yorkshire's steel city Sheffield. The team headed up by Melody Justice is already placing apprentices with companies all over England. Melody's team is currently made up of Dominic Millington, a Recruitment Consultant working with employers to place young people into the best opportunities and Bethany Caudwell who conducts telephone interviews which helps prepare young job seekers for interview.
